2: 8am–2pm

You need to have registered to vote by the deadline (October 5th for the November 2015 elections) An ID Unexpired government-issued photo
ID, military ID, utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or
other government document For
more details and an extensive list of the forms of acceptable ID, visit http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/elections/Voters/FAQ/ID.aspx If you do not have any of the permissible forms of ID, still vote a provisional ballot, which may be counted under certain circumstances
