What Do I Need To Vote?
You need to have registered to vote by the deadline (October 5th for the November 2015 elections)
Unexpired government-issued photo
ID, military ID, utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or
other government document

If you do not have any of the permissible forms of ID, still vote a provisional ballot, which may be counted under certain circumstances
